On Friday, 3rd December Year 6 decided to use the snowy weather as inspiration for some Literacy and Art work.
During Literacy, the children were asked to produce a piece of writing to do with snow. They were allowed to choose a genre of their choice. Some fantastic work was produced.
They also made some lovely snowy pictures using chalk, pastels or paint.
As a treat at the end of the day, Miss Simmonds and Mr Bowsher let the children out into the little playground to play in the snow. The children decided to make a huge snow snake!
A great day was had by all!
